About the event
Join the Mid-Eastern APCO Chapter for our Spring 2026 Training Session followed by our quarterly membership meeting. The training will be presented by Charles Guddemi with the District of Columbia's Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency. Charles will provide the group an in-person session on "Primary, Alternate, Contingency and Emergency Planning" and how the District of Columbia partners with regional agencies.
This event is FREE to all members. Following the training we will have our quarterly chapter meeting at around 11:30AM. A virtual option will be available for the meeting portion only. Opportunities to tour the Office of Unified Communications will be made available to all in-person attendees.
Attendees can access the OUC Building at 8AM. Please utilize marked Visitor Parking areas.
