This quarter's training session will be led our chapter's own Jeremy Serio. Jeremy led a very successful session at our Fall Training Summit in Ocean City. With such popularity, we're pleased to welcome Jeremy to lead an expanded half-day session with his session "PER My Last Email. Utilizing Presence, Engagement, and Rapport as a 911 Professional
