"The Spirit of Leadership - Unlock the Leader Within"
Leadership lives on every level, but we don't invest many leadership resources on the front line. This seminar is a call to action to empower our frontline as well as middle management to accept the call of leadership. The change our 911 centers need is going to require 360 degree leadership. We will explore common issues in the 911 center (staffing, morale, complacency, legacy systems, lack of training) and explain how adequate leadership addresses those topics. We will explore parental leadership (to emphasize the impact that generational leadership has on our culture) servant leadership, leader as coach, and leader as gardener models.
